Joe Hesse – Gilbert

Girls’ Varsity Head Coach
This is Coach
Hesse's 14th year as the Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach at Gilbert
High. During this time, the Tigers have had thirteen
consecutive Region Championship titles, the 2003 5A State
Championship, the 2006 5A-1 State Championship, the 2011 5A-1 State
Championship, and not to mention regular other appearances at
State. Hesse played middle
blocker/outside hitter at ASU. In his spare time, Coach Hesse
also coaches 18-1's Club Volleyball team, which has had
exceptional success each year. He is married to Amy and they have
two children.

This is
Coach Grover's 13th year coaching alongside Coach Hesse. He coaches
boy’s club volleyball, as well as the Gilbert Boys' Varsity Team. He
graduated from BYU and teaches Spanish at GHS. He is married
to Maile and they have five children.
