Joe Hesse – Gilbert

Girls’ Varsity Head Coach
This is Coach
Hesse's 10th year as the Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach at Gilbert
High. During this time, the Tigers have had eight consecutive Region
Championship titles, the 2003 5A State Championship, the 2006 5A-1
State Championship, and not to mention regular other appearances at
State. Hesse played middle
blocker/outside hitter at ASU. In his spare time, Coach Hesse
coaches the Club Red 18-1's team, which has had exceptional success
each year. He is married to Amy and they have a 2-1/2 year old
daughter and a 10 month old son.

This is
Coach Grover's 9th year coaching alongside Coach Hesse. He coaches a
boy’s club team at Club Rage, as well as the Gilbert Boys' Varsity
Team. He graduated from BYU and teaches Spanish at GHS. He is
married to Maile and they have five children.
